As well as offering first class football, the Royal Berkshire Conference Centre at the Madejski Stadium also offers a first class venue for your wedding day, making it a truly special occasion.

Our experienced and friendly team are here to assist in the planning of your celebration and our aim is to ensure your day is a great success.

We would be delighted to discuss and advise on all elements involved with your day to ensure that we create the perfect environment for what will be a perfect day!

DRINKS

We have an extensive wine list here at the Royal Berkshire Conference Centre provided to compliment our menu selection. In order to create the perfect Wedding Package we are more than happy to provide you with a suitable drinks package that will incorporate everything from the arrival drink to the final toast of the evening.

If you do not find a wine suitable for your palate we would be happy to contact our reputable suppliers who will suggest further options in order to accommodate your chosen taste.

As an alternative option we also allow for you to bring in your own choice of wine to the venue. Please ask your wedding co-ordinator for further details on corkage charges.

THE WEDDING BREAKFAST

At the Royal Berkshire Conference Centre we have a wide selection of menus that will be suitable for your Wedding Breakfast, but will also provide alternative options for when additional evening guests arrive and the party really gets going!

However, if when browsing through our menus you do not feel that our selection matches your expectations or theme that you are trying to achieve, we will be more than happy to create a bespoke menu of your choice, working alongside our experienced head chef in order to achieve the perfect hospitality for all of your guests.

THE CAKE

We know the importance of the Wedding Cake and how it can add the final touch to the perfect day. That's why we strive to create it to the last detail as per your specifications.

ENTERTAINMENT

We have a number of reputable suppliers who can recommend anything from a heart warming string quartet to play your Wedding March to a 12-piece band for a unique evening's entertainment.

FLOWERS

Our local florist provides us with stunning designs in all colour ways and can create unique displays starting with the individual button holes, to table centres to the perfectly matched floral bouquet.

TABLE DESIGN

In order to follow through a theme for your Wedding Day, we can implement finer details such as matching linen colour or enhanced glassware, crockery and cutlery.

PHOTOGRAPHY

In order to capture those intimate and memorable moments throughout the day, we would be happy to suggest suitable contacts who are familiar with the venue and can create the perfect album!

SUMMARY OF COSTS

These prices have been quoted to highlight a standard Wedding Package based on a Ceremony and Wedding Breakfast for 60 guests with Evening reception for 120.

Please consult with your Wedding Co-Ordinator to create the perfect package.

Civil Ceremonies

Our Princess Suite as well as the Thames Room and 1871 Suite are licensed for Civil Wedding Ceremonies and are the perfect setting to start your special day.

We would advise you to deal directly with the Reading Registry Office. To avoid any disappointment ensure you contact the Registry Office before you confirm a date with ourselves, as they can be extremely busy at certain times of the year. Please be aware that a legal minimum notice of 15 days and a maximum of 12 months are required.
