Bowl food

Our bowl food, or mini meals, offers a fantastic alternative to a traditional dining option, with guests sampling an array of dishes in a standing reception environment.  The menu offers a mixture of savoury and sweet dishes, from traditional classics to more unusual dishes and can be enjoyed served from waiting staff or from food stations.


A selection of canapés provide the perfect accompaniment for a pre-dinner drinks reception, preparing guests for the meal to come and offering an insight in to the Chef’s style of cuisine .  Our canapé menu offers an array of handmade, hot and cold bite-sized items to create a bespoke menu to enhance any event.

Street food

Our new street food concept adds an element of a food market to your event, with indoor food kiosks serving different culinary concepts from each stand.  With a varied collection of concepts to choose from, our themed kiosks allow guests to experience a range of different flavours from all over the world.  Our street food is an ideal upgrade for a conference or works perfectly in the evening, encouraging networking and providing a talking point to the event.

    Lincolnshire sausages and coarse grain mustard with mashed potato and caramelised onion gravy. Chilli glazed salmon fillet with stir fried vegetables, sesame noodles and mini Greek salad.
