New Face at RBCC

Wayne Spicer long serving Sales and Marketing Manager for the Royal Berkshire Conference centre,will be moving on from the centre this November. Wayne is staying with Compass Group, the catering operating company for the Conference centre and has been promoted to Sales Director at the Old Royal Naval College in London.

Wayne started at the Madejski Stadium just one year after its opening and as helped the Royal Berkshire Conference centre grow into a nationally recognised conference venue in the UK. 

"Over the past 11 years the venue has hosted some fantastic events and I have had the great pleasure in working with some great people, and would like to thank all of our customers and the centre's team for their support in making my time so enjoyable"

Wayne will be handing over to the centres new Sales Manager in November, Josh Paxman. Josh joins the venue from Altitude London, an events venue in the heart of London. Josh is looking forward to working at the Madejski and building on the venues success.
