The Royal Berkshire Conference Centre has released new discounted rates in 2011.  The new Day Delegate rate of just 35.00 per person +VAT is now available to book throughout certain months in 2011.

The newly released discount is named "J.A.F.A.R" as the rate is available throughout January, April, February, and August.  These rates are available now for these key months throughout 2011.  Call us today to book your meeting "Just Quote JAFAR!"

JAFAR Day Delegate Rate includes:

Room Hire of Main Meeting Room

Three Servings of Tea/Coffee and Biscuits

Finger Buffet Menu

Unlimited Mineral Water throughout the Day

Pads and Pencils and Delegate Sweets

35.00 +VAT Rate will only be honoured on new bookings for Meetings and Events only.

JAFAR Discount is subject to availabilty during the following time periods, 1st January 2011 - 28th February 2011, 1st April - 30th April 2011 and 1st August - 4th September 2011

All extras to the Day Delegate rate will be charged at the normal rates.

VAT rate as of 1st January 2011 will be 20%
