Conferences and Meetings

The Royal Berkshire Conference Centre provides a refreshing alternative to other conferencing venues, offering outstanding facilities in thirty six event spaces.  From the twenty four Executive Boxes seating up to 10 delegates up to the Princess Suite for 500 delegates’ theatre style, the conference centre boasts a range of capacities, offering the perfect solution for any business need.   Each of the different spaces is located along the West Stand, allowing a multitude of break out areas around main space.

The conference centre offers complimentary wi-fi throughout with an uncontested bandwidth of 100MB and no download restrictions.  Our in house AV team can provide the highest levels of audio visual equipment and support, alternatively the flexibility of our function rooms welcome any audio visual company.


Meetings by the Hour

Our Executive Boxes offer the ideal setting for smaller meetings, offering a boardroom setting for up to ten delegates with fantastic views overlooking the pitch.  These Executive Suites are available to hire on an hourly basis for just £25.00 including VAT per hour.  Perfect for any last minute meetings, desk space or simply a couple of hours away from the office.       

The rate includes an arrival serving of tea or coffee for all delegates and a VGA cable, permitting use of the inbuilt 32” plasma from a laptop, ideal for small presentations.  Any additional requirements, such as catering or further audio visual requirements can be ordered on the day.  There’s no need for any paperwork, simply pay your bill on departure.


Banqueting

Whether it’s intimate dining with captivating views overlooking the stadium bowl or large banquets and award ceremonies, the Royal Berkshire Conference Centre is the ideal venue to add an element of prestige to your event. 

Our menus are carefully designed by Head Chef Billy Coleman to suite a range of palates, whilst still remaining seasonal and relevant, using local produce wherever possible.  We also understand that every event is different so are more than happy to work in partnership with our clients to create bespoke menus to suit different themes and requirements.

Our brigade of Chefs take great pride in the dishes they create, resulting in exquisite food to suit any occasion.  Great food combined with award winning service ensures a seamless event and a fantastic evening.


Exhibitions

With 517 m squared and a 5m ceiling height, the Princess Suite is the perfect location for a small exhibition space.  With easy access, directly from the goods lift, the Princess Suite can accommodate over fifty shell scheme stands and comes with exclusive use of the spacious Windsor Lounge adding registration and catering space to the area.  Smaller break out space is available for any seminars or one-on –one meetings and complimentary car parking for over 2000 delegates and bar and catering facilities ensure all exhibition guests are accommodated for. 


Private Parties

The Royal Berkshire Conference Centre provides the perfect setting for any special occasion.  Our function suites overlooking the pitch, ensure a unique backdrop to your event and are all fitted with private bars.  We have a variety of party packages to choose from and our experienced events team can help add all the little touches that create the perfect, personalised event. 


Team Building

When it comes to team building, at the Royal Berkshire Conference Centre, the options are endless.  In addition to our versatile, function space, our on-site team building facility, the Dome, provides an undercover solution for any outdoor teambuilding activities, meaning you don’t have to let the weather ruin your plans!  We work with some of the best team building specialists in the country to ensure no activities are too much trouble from chocolate making and wine tasting to 5 a side football and archery.
