Positioned just outside of Reading town centre, along the M4 corridor, just over two miles from Reading train station, with excellent transport links to London and beyond, the Royal Berkshire Conference Centre offers the ideal location for any delegate or guest. The venue has over 2,000 complimentary car parking spaces meaning we can accommodate every delegate and is just twenty miles from London Heathrow.
The largest conference facility in the Thames Valley, the Royal Berkshire Conference Centre offers a variety of flexible event space for any conference or event and our flexible approach and passionate team will ensure your event becomes an experience.
Our Executive Boxes offer the ideal setting for smaller meetings, offering a boardroom setting for up to ten delegates with fantastic views overlooking the pitch.
The Executive Suites are available to hire on an hourly basis for just £25.00 including VAT per hour. Perfect for any last minute meetings, desk space or simply a couple of hours away from the office.
The rate includes an arrival serving of tea or coffee for all delegates and a VGA cable, permitting use of the in-built 32" plasma with a laptop

The iconic home to Reading Football club has a variety of event spaces to suit all needs. The Princess suite creates the perfect setting for large events catering for up to 400 guests, for more intimate events our fabulous pitch facing rooms can cater from 30 – 150 guests; Royal Suite, Premier Suite, 1871 Suite and Directors Lounge.
The adjoining four star Millennium Madejski hotel boasts 201 guest bedrooms, with a mix of standard and club bedrooms along with the beautiful Junior Suites, this facility allows you and your guests to relax and unwind from the festivities in style.
